Nutrition for Enhanced Sports Performance

Tim Lawson, the founder of SiS (Science in Sport) will be giving a presentation on sports nutrition in the Club Room at the West Wycombe Village Hall on the 20th December at 7pm   Tim has some strong messages regarding cutting edge sports nutrition thinking and research to support cycling and other physical activities including, swimming, running, weight training, etc.

The presentation will address the needs of younger riders who need the best possible nutrition support to give them a competitive edge but also to support a developing athletic body and those of the more mature riders who need a more sophisticated approach to their cycling nutrition to help maintain and retain muscle mass and strength as the years advance. So there’s something for everyone in this presentation.

This is a one-off opportunity to update your knowledge and understanding of the one thing that all cyclists need to consider; nutrition. Don’t miss it!
